Senior Manager of Grants - Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana
Position Summary:
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kentuckiana (BBBSKY) is seeking a passionate professional to lead our grants strategy and portfolio management to secure transformative funding for youth mentoring programs. In this strategic role, you'll oversee a high-volume portfolio of 70-100 grants annually totaling $1.4M+ across private foundations, corporate foundations, and government entities. Success means leveraging your grant writing expertise, data analysis skills, and relationship management abilities to maximize funding through strategic proposal development.
As Senior Manager of Grants, you're a strategic partner who understands the delicate balance between agency priorities and funder interests. You'll work closely with the Chief Development Officer to build strong grantor relationships while managing the entire grants lifecycle - from research and writing to stewardship and reporting. Your data-driven approach to proposal development and proven track record of securing grants will be essential to growing our funding portfolio.
SALARY RANGE: $58,500 - $63,500
