Development Director - Blueprint502 (formally YouthBuild Louisville)
Position Summary:
Blueprint502 is seeking a full-time development director who is ambitious, mission driven, and has a passion for helping youth succeed. Reporting to the president/CEO, the development director shares responsibility for serving as the public face of the organization. The person in this position will be responsible for leading the advancement plan adopted by Blueprint502's board of directors and will develop and maintain active and productive relationships with board members, donors, and fellow staff. The successful individual will be responsible for raising at least $500,000 annually from private donors, planned giving, capital campaigns, and corporate donations and sponsorships. The operating budget is $6.1 million.
SALARY RANGE: $70,000 - $80,000
