I am a Christian, a Husband, a father, and I’ve been a Performance Coach since 2010. I completed my master's in clinical psychology after a collegiate track career at Eastern Kentucky University and pursued my PhD in Sport Psychology at Florida State University. I believe in maintaining a positive mindset, creating partnerships with a purpose, and always striving to help you reach significant outcomes.
