Development Manager, Foundation Office - Norton Healthcare
Position Summary:
The Development Manager will be responsible for planning, directing and implementing a comprehensive major gifts program designed to generate major gifts from individuals, organizations, corporations and foundation to support the vital programs and services of Norton Healthcare. Work closely with Foundation staff and hospital administrators to initiate and implement cultivation and solicitation efforts based on the major fund raising projects of the Foundation and the interest of donors. Annual revenue goal of $500,000 from major gifts ($25,000 and below). Work in an office setting with weekly travel required to make in person visits with donors and potential donors. This position will assist with events as needed, which requires flexible hours, including evening and weekends and own transportation.
